** Over 26,000 Bitcoin Millionaires Added in H1 2025
————————————————————
The number of Bitcoin (BTC) wallets holding over $1 million grew significantly in the first half of the year, rising by 26,758 addresses between January 1 and June 30.
“We’re seeing a classic pattern: smart money buying the dip in Q1, then accelerating their positions as price action confirms bullish sentiment,” added Diana Paluteder, research analyst at Finbold. “This wave of new millionaire wallets could signal renewed confidence as we head into H2.”
The rise coincided with Bitcoin hitting $111,970 on May 22, its highest level of the year following April’s halving event. While wallet data doesn’t equate directly to individual investors, the growth in high-value addresses is a widely recognized proxy for increased capital inflow and accumulation by institutional players.
