157th Session of the WHO Executive Board, 28 and 29 May 2025
Geneva, 28 May 2025 – The 157th session of the WHO Executive Board ( EB157 [https://apps.who.int/gb/e/e_eb157.html]) ( EB156 [https://www.who.int/about/governance/executive-board/156th-session]) will be held on 28 and 29 May 2025 in Geneva, Switzerland, during which the Board will address issues including the outcome of the Seventy-eighth World Health Assembly ( WHA78 [https://apps.who.int/gb/e/e_wha78.html]), governance reform and the nomination and appointment of regional directors. The session opened at 09.30 CEST on Wednesday, 28 May. Shortly after, WHO Director-General, Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus is scheduled to address the Executive Board (EB) and present his report.
