USA, Secondo l’avvocato Lin Wood il VP Pence potrebbe affrontare l’arresto per tradimento e l’esecuzione mediante fucilazione

(AGENPARL) – Roma, 02 gennaio 2020 – L’avvocato L. Lin Wood, che ha fatto alcune delle più audaci affermazioni di brogli elettorali nelle elezioni presidenziali del 2020, ha twittato venerdì che il vicepresidente Mike Pence potrebbe affrontare l’arresto e la detenzione per tradimento e l’esecuzione mediante fucilazione.

Wood sembrava riferirsi a una teoria secondo cui Pence ha il potere di bloccare l’elezione di Joe Biden come Presidente e Kamala Harris come Vicepresidente quando il Congresso si riunirà per certificare il voto del Collegio Elettorale martedì 6 gennaio.

All’inizio di questa settimana, il rappresentante Louis Gohmert (R-TX) e altri hanno intentato una causa per costringere Pence a intervenire nella certificazione dell’Electoral College, sostenendo che diversi stati hanno seguito processi incostituzionali per la scelta degli elettori.

In un’azione legale contro la causa, Pence ha sostenuto di non avere tale discrezione, e che la questione dipende dal Congresso.

Wood ha twittato che i repubblicani condividevano la responsabilità per il “furto delle elezioni”, e che ci sarebbero stati “arresti per tradimento”.
