With Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and graduations right around the corner, the City of Sacramento has relaunched its Shop 916 gift card program with a special promotion of buy a gift card, get a bonus gift card starting May 1.
The promotional offer features:
– Buy a $25 gift card and get a $10 bonus gift card for free
– Buy a $50 gift card and get a $25 bonus gift card for free
– Buy a $100 gift card and get a $50 bonus gift card for free
The electronic gift card is a program that supports local storefront retailers negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Shop 916 gift card can be used at any participating business within the city.
This promotional offer is available now through June 30 and the bonus gift cards must be used by July 31, 2023.
Want to participate? The program is open to all businesses within the city of Sacramento that have 500 or fewer full-time equivalent employees, with the exception of home-based businesses, franchises, liquor-only stores and cannabis businesses.
