WHA Highlights for Media
Final day of the 78th World Health Assembly (27 May)
The Seventy-eighth World Health Assembly [https://apps.who.int/gb/e/e_wha78.html] (WHA78) is meeting today at the Palais des Nations in Geneva for the final day of the 78th session.
The Health Assembly will meet at 09.00 CEST in Committee A (Room XX) and at 09.30 in Committee B (Room XVII). It will hold its final Plenary around 14.30 CEST (Room XIX), during which it will adopt the Committees’ reports, including decisions and resolutions, and close the seventy-eighth session.
A press conference on the outcomes of the WHA78 and the related global health issues will be held, in a hybrid format, following the closing of the Health Assembly. A media advisory with further details will be sent closer to the time.
