
Small Developer Incubator Pilot Program Background The City is partnering with PLACE Initiative (PLACE) and the Incremental Development Alliance (IncDev) to pilot a Small Developer Incubator Program. The goals of this program are to create a network of developers and contractors who are invested in the economic health of local Sacramento neighborhoods and build local capacity to develop smaller-scale housing solutions using missing middle housing concepts,design/zoning supports,and financing.February 5th Lecture SummaryThank you to those who attended the Introduction to Incremental Development lecture that took place,Wednesday,February 5th,from 6-8 PM.
