4 February, Strasbourg – The European Court of Human Rights will notify in writing six judgments concerning Albania, Azerbaijan, Lithuania, Malta and Russia.
5–7 February, Youth Centre Braga, Portugal – European Youth Conference “Young people in local and regional life: Democracy in action!”. The opening speeches will be delivered by Ricardo Rio, Mayor of Braga, Luis Guedes, Municipal Youth Council of Braga, Nina Grmuša, Chair of the Advisory Council on Youth and Véronique Bertholle, Congress Spokesperson on Youth and Deputy Mayor of Strasbourg. Margarida Balseiro Lopes, Minister of Youth and Modernisation of Portugal, will address the participants in the evening of 6 February. The opening session (5 February 9:30-10:40), the session with the Minister of Youth and Modernisation of Portugal (6 February 19:30) and the closing session (7 February 17:00) are open to media. Simultaneous interpretation in English, French and Portuguese will be available.
6 February, Strasbourg – The European Court of Human Rights will notify in writing 38 judgement and/or decisions concerning Belgium, France, Italy, Republic of Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain and Ukraine.
Petra Bayr, Chairperson of the PACE delegation, will give a press conference on Monday 10 February at 2 pm at the Swiss Diamond Hotel in Pristina (time to be confirmed).
