One year since the war in Ukraine started: ceremony at the Council of Europe in support of the Ukrainian people
At 9 a.m., the Foreign Minister of Iceland and Chair of the Committee of Ministers, Thórdís Kolbrún Reykfjörd Gylfadóttir, the Secretary General, Marija Pej?inovi? Buri?, the President of the Parliamentary Assembly, Tiny Kox, and the First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Emine Dzhaparova, will address those gathered for the ceremony on the Council of Europe forecourt.
The national anthem of Ukraine and the European anthem will be performed by Iryna Duvarry.
At 9.45 a.m., a photo exhibition entitled “The year of resilience” will be officially opened in the Committee of Ministers Foyer (2nd floor).
On 23 and 24 February, the Palais de l’Europe will be lit up in the colours of the Ukrainian flag.

A 9h, sur le parvis du Conseil de l’Europe, la ministre islandaise des Affaires étrangères et Présidente du Comité des Ministres, Thórdís Kolbrún Reykfjörd Gylfadóttir, la Secrétaire Générale, Marija Pej?inovi? Buri?, le Président de l’Assemblée parlementaire, Tiny Kox, et la première vice-ministre des Affaires étrangères, Emine Dzhaparova, prendront la parole lors de cette cérémonie.
L’hymne national de l’Ukraine et l’hymne européen seront interprétés par Iryna Duvarry.
A 9h45, une exposition photos intitulée « L’année de la résilience » sera inaugurée au foyer du Comité des Ministres (2e étage).
Les 23 et 24 février, le Palais de l’Europe sera illuminé aux couleurs du drapeau ukrainien.
