This position is located in the Office of the Deputy Librarian for Collections and Services (DLCS/O) within the Library Collections and Services Group (LCSG) at the Library of Congress (Library) and reports to the office’s Supervisory Program Specialist.
The DLCS/O supports LCSG’s and the Library’s mission by coordinating and/or leading initiatives that impact collections and services across multiple service units; providing planning support and cross-organization analysis; and, leading program performance management efforts. The DLCS/O facilitates the continued provision by the Library of vital services to various user groups; and contributes to LCSG and the Library’s mission to build, describe, share, and steward a universal collection of knowledge that meets current and future needs of its users.
