Create a new account and wish list to prepare for registration
Last November, the City launched a new registration and booking system for recreation and cultural activities, fitness and sports memberships and passes, and select facility bookings. Residents need to set up an account in the new system, even if they had one in the old system. Clients will login to the new system using email and password. Family and client numbers are no longer used.
Residents are encouraged to explore the new system and create a wish list before registration day online.
Registration Preparation Sessions will be offered from Monday, May 26 to Monday, June 9, providing residents a chance to get familiar with the City’s new registration and booking system. Each session will walk participants through how to create and prioritize a wish list, register and pay (with or without a credit card), and use the Welcome Policy within the new system. Session dates and times are available on the City’s website: http://www.toronto.ca/online-registration-booking.
