Vladimir Putin sent
greetings to the delegates and participants in the Congress of the Russian
Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).
“The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs is rightly considered one of the leading business associations
representing the interests of businesspeople and employers across all Russian
regions. For many years, it has been a reliable partner of the state in addressing
such key issues as increasing the effectiveness and competitiveness of Russian
companies, improving labour and tax legislation and company law. Affirming its strong
expert and intellectual potential, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs
actively contributes to drafting core documents, developing the economy and social sphere, and improving the investment climate.
Notably, in the difficult situation of today, RSPP members
are striving to respond with dignity to global challenges, maintain production
and retain staff, enter new markets, form prospective cooperation chains and promptly deal with import substitution tasks. In this context, I want to note
that many specific and constructive proposals from the Russian Union of Industrialists
and Entrepreneurs have been included in Russia’s current economic agenda.”
