(AGENPARL) - Roma, 24 Ottobre 2022 - [lid] 24 ottobre 2022 – Zanklon Capital, the independent pan-European real estate investment and asset management firm, has appointed four new people to its Italian team and has announced it will open a new office in Milan.

Diego Pepe who spent more than four years at Zanklon Capital will spearhead the Italian operations in Milan.

This follows an announcement earlier this year which saw the firm and its investor Investcorp, a leading global manager of alternative investment products, completed for €128 million the acquisition of Via Paolo di Dono 44, an office located in Rome.

“The launch of our Milan office and senior-level appointment come at a pivotal moment for Zanklon Capital as we look ahead to 2023 and the future investment pipeline,” said Natale Giostra, Managing Partner at Zanklon Capital. “With the help of Diego and the rest of the Italian team we can take advantage of this further push into Italy and expand, in addition to offices and hotels, in even more asset classes like student accommodations and urban logistics across Italy.”
