The Business Solutions Center consolidates multiple small business services into a single, streamlined program. It delivers personalized, one-on-one support for entrepreneurs looking to build a business plan, expand operations, access capital, or navigate permitting and licensing.

Everything you need to grow
Through the Business Solutions Center, you can:Connect with a business expert for free one-on-one consultations tailored to your goals
Access SizeUp Sacramento, a powerful analytics platform to better understand your market, competitors, and customers.
Eligible businesses can apply for:
Up to $5,000 in grant funding through the Micro-Capital Program to invest in equipment, new services, or business operations.
Up to $2,500 in City fee credits to help offset costs like permits, licensing, and inspections.

Add your business to your 311 account
Submit a “Business Resources” request through the dashboard.
If you already have a 311 Account but haven’t engaged with the Center:
Log in and select “My Profile” and “Add Business”
