Users can filter the list by plant type and water requirements, making it simple to find pre-approved choices for grass conversion projects. The City offers up to $3,000 in rebates to eligible single-family and duplex customers who make the switch from grass to drought-tolerant landscapes. The rebate is calculated at $1.50 per square foot of grass replaced in the front, side and back yards.
