The James Joyce Centre welcomes Journey to the Centre of the Heart Chakra, a series of workshops led by writer and healer Frances Flannery designed to open the heart chakra and open a path to wellbeing. Activities will include gentle seated and standing yoga sequences, readings about heart healing, soul bottle selection, a writing session and meditation.
The workshops will be held in the James Joyce Centre on 11 January and 15 February 2025 from 10am to 1pm. Spaces are limited to 20 participants, so early booking is essential.
This workshop aligns with the launch of Royal Silphion, Treasure of Hearts, a novel by Frances Flannery that explores the concept of consciousness in the form of a tangible herb.
