Althea Racing, già al lavoro per la stagione 2025 è lieta di comunicare a sponsor ed appassionati i suoi programmi sportivi nel Campionato del Mondo Supersport.
I nuovi alfieri del team di Civita Castellana saranno l’Italiano Leonardo Taccini e il Danese Simon Jespersen.
Leonardo Taccini, classe 2002 due volte campione italiano 2015 e 2016 in Premoto3 ha esperienze nel CIV, nel CEV e nel World Superbike, sempre con piazzamenti di rilievo. Nel 2024 ha chiuso il Dunlop CIV Supersport in terza posizione, vincendo la gara notturna di Misano, ottenendo anche una pole ed un podio.
Simon Jespersen, classe 2001 , danese, ha esperienze vittoriose nei campionati nazionali con piazzamenti di rilievo anche nell’ESBK Superstock. Jespersen ha avuto modo di misurarsi in diverse occasioni nel World Supersport con una recente partecipazione a Misano nel 2024.
Althea Racing, already working on the 2025 season, is pleased to communicate its sports programs to sponsors and fan in the World Supersport Championship.
The new riders of the Civita Castellana team will be the Italian Leonardo Taccini and the Danish Simon Jespersen.
Leonardo Taccini, born in 2002, two-time Italian champion in 2015 and 2016 in Premoto3, has experience in the CIV, CEV and World Superbike, always with significant placings. In 2024 he finished the Dunlop CIV Supersport in third position, winning the night race at Misano, also obtaining a pole and a podium.
Simon Jespersen, born in 2001, Danish, has victorious experiences in national championships with significant placings also in the ESBK Superstock. Jespersen has had the opportunity to test himself on several occasions in World Supersport with a recent participation at Misano in 2024.

Sono pronto a dare il massimo e non vedo l’ora di iniziare!
I am super happy and excited to finally compete in my first full season in the Supersport World Championship with the Althea Racing Team. It has been a long journey to get here and I am excited to accept this challenge with the support of such an incredible and experienced team.

Con Taccini e Jespersen, nel 2025, il team Althea conferma di voler dare una possibilità ai giovani e creare opportunità ai nuovi talenti del motociclismo internazionale, operazione sempre difficile ma fattibile. In questo ambito è ancora possibile giocare qualche carta a sorpresa . L’attitudine di Althea è stata sempre il coraggio e la capacità di far accadere le cose . Non sempre le aspettative vengono premiate ma questo è quello che vuole fare un team che ha già vinto tanto in Superbike. Simon e Leonardo rispecchiano la nostra idea di motociclismo, fatto di passione e freschezza atletica . A loro va la mia fiducia e quella della squadra.
With Taccini and Jespersen, in 2025, the Althea team confirms its desire to give a chance to young riders and create opportunities for new talents in international motorcycling, an operation that is always difficult but feasible. In this area, it is still possible to play a few surprise cards. Althea’s attitude has always been courage and the ability to make things happen. Expectations are not always rewarded but this is what a team that has already won so much in Superbike wants to do.
