As representatives of all employees at ITA Airways and Lufthansa Group we fully
support the planned industrial partnership and stake investment entry of ITA
Airways by Lufthansa Group.
We call on the European Commission to support the merger timely and
positively in order to defend European sovereignty on critical infrastructure in
air transport.
This development is the right way forward for ITA and it comes at the right time
to secure our jobs and working conditions as ground staff, flight attendants and
pilots. It is also a crucial step in keeping European aviation strong and reliable
for our citizens and the economy.
A strong commitment for ITA and the industrial partnership by Lufthansa will
guarantee a solid future for the employees and a long-lasting operation for a
critical element of the Italian infrastructure.
As representatives of all employees we will keep working together for a strong
ITA, a strong Lufthansa Group and a strong European aviation system as a
whole!

In qualità di rappresentanti di tutte le categorie dei lavoratori di ITA Airways e del Gruppo Lufthansa,
sosteniamo pienamente la partnership industriale e l’ingresso del Gruppo Lufthansa in ITA Airways.
Chiediamo alla Commissione europea di approvare e sostenere l’operazione in modo tempestivo, al fine di
mantenere il primato europeo sulle infrastrutture critiche del trasporto aereo.
Questo sviluppo è la strada giusta per ITA e arriva al momento giusto per salvaguardare i posti di lavoro e le
condizioni di lavoro come personale di terra, di cabina e piloti. È anche un passo fondamentale per mantenere
l’aviazione europea forte e affidabile per i cittadini e per l’economia.
Un forte impegno per la crescita di ITA e per la partnership industriale con Lufthansa garantisce un futuro solido
per i lavoratori e un’operatività sostenibile per un’infrastruttura fondamentale per l’Italia.

Gemeinsame Erklärung der Gewerkschaften von ITA Airways und Lufthansa Group
Als Vertreter aller Beschäftigten von ITA Airways und der Lufthansa Group unterstützen wir die geplante
Partnerschaft und den Einstieg der Lufthansa Group bei ITA Airways vollumfänglich.
Wir fordern die Europäische Kommission auf, den Zusammenschluss zeitnah zu genehmigen und zu
unterstützen, um die europäische Souveränität in Bezug auf die kritische Infrastruktur im Luftverkehr
aufrechtzuerhalten.
Diese Entwicklung ist der richtige Weg für ITA und sie kommt zum richtigen Zeitpunkt, um unsere Arbeitsplätze
und Arbeitsbedingungen als Bodenpersonal, Flugbegleiter und Piloten zu sichern. Sie ist darüber hinaus ein
entscheidender Schritt, um die europäische Luftfahrt für unsere Bürger und die Wirtschaft stark und zuverlässig
zu halten.
Ein starkes Engagement für die ITA und die Industriepartnerschaft von Lufthansa garantieren eine solide Zukunft
