TIM: KKR CHIEDE PROROGA AL 15/10 PER LA PRESENTAZIONE DELL’OFFERTA VINCOLANTE SU NETCO
La richiesta verrà esaminata dal Consiglio di Amministrazione il prossimo 27 settembre
Roma, 22 settembre 2023 TIM informa che, nell’ambito della negoziazione in corso con Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (“KKR”), ha ricevuto da KKR una richiesta di proroga al 15 ottobre del periodo di esclusiva per concludere le attività propedeutiche e presentare l’offerta vincolante.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di TIM valuterà la richiesta ricevuta nella riunione del prossimo 27 settembre.

The request will be examined by the Board of Directors on 27 September
Rome, 22 September 2023 TIM informs that, as part of its ongoing negotiations with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (“KKR”), it has received a request from KKR to extend the exclusivity period to 15 October in order to conclude the preparatory activities and submit the binding offer.
TIM’s Board of Directors will evaluate the request received at its meeting on 27 September.
