The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development invites you to register for three side events held at its London HQ in the week of the Ukraine Recovery Conference.
Tuesday 20 June at 15:00 London time – The first event, A Vision for Gender Responsive Recovery in Ukraine<https://www.ebrd.com/news/events/a-vision-for-gender-responsive-recovery-in-ukraine.html>, will feature opening remarks from EBRD Vice President, Policy and Partnerships, Mark Bowman. The event will explore the challenges stemming from displacement, conscription, disability and psychological harm – as well as the intersectionality with gender – related to wartime conditions.
Thursday 22 June at 15:00 London time – The second event, Ukraine: Investments in energy for green recovery – needs and opportunities<https://www.ebrd.com/news/events/ukraine-investments-in-energy-for-green-recovery-needs-and-opportunities.html>, will bring together representatives of Ukraine's government, the European Union, international financial institutions, energy experts and the private sector.
Friday 23 June at 8:45 London time – The third event, Building a transparent and accountable Ukraine: key steps to recovery<https://www.ebrd.com/news/events/building-a-transparent-and-accountable-ukraine-key-steps-to-recovery.html>, will feature discussions from government officials, donor agencies, as well as civil society. Conversations will focus on how Ukraine can prepare for a process of recovery and reconstruction that promotes digitalisation, strong governance, transparency and integrity.
