15 December, Strasbourg (Human Rights Building) – The European Court of Human Rights will deliver its ruling in the case of Danileţ v. Romania (application no. 16915/21) at a public hearing at 10.30 am.
16 December, Strasbourg – The European Court of Human Rights will notify in writing 13 judgments concerning Finland, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Russia and Türkiye.
18 December, Strasbourg – The European Court of Human Rights will notify in writing 15 judgments and/or decisions concerning Armenia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Türkiye and Ukraine.
