It includes workload volumes and timeliness at a national level for our civil and family courts, and tribunals.

Probate waiting times reduced [ https://www.gov.uk/government/news/probate-waiting-times-halved-thanks-to-government-push?utm_medium=email&utm_source= ]
Our monthly management information published this week shows that HMCTS has reduced average wait times in December 2024 to just over four weeks.
This compares to twelve weeks at the end of 2023 and over eight weeks at the end of June 2024.
The probate system has reduced its backlog by over 50,000 cases since August 2023 and ensuring faster estate settlements for families.
