Please find enclosed a revised draft agenda of the BUDG committee meeting taking place on:
Thursday 11 January 2024 from 09.00 – 10.00
in room: ANTALL (6Q2)
At the request of the Rada’s Budget Committee, the joint exchange of views originally planned for this Thursday, 11 January has to be postponed and will be rescheduled to a later date.
The changes to the draft agenda concern:
– a change in timing
– the deletion of the former agenda item 12 ‘Exchange of views with the Budget Committee of the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada)’
– inversion of agenda items 10 and 11, with the exchange of views on building policy now taking place in camera.

Interpretation is requested for DE, EN, FR, IT, EL, ES, PT, FI, SV, HU, PL, RO and UK requested from 10.00 to 11.30.
The meeting will be web streamed and can be followed live.
