CUT and PACOFS to Partner in Work Integrated Learning

The Central University of Technology, Free State (CUT), and the Performing Arts Centre of the Free State (PACOFS) will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding.
CUT and PACOFS are entering into an MoU to partner in Work Integrated Learning (WIL) and to develop and establish more advanced forms of knowledge to benefit the society both entities serve.
Work Integrated Learning focuses on effectively preparing students for a career or profession which not only requires theoretical knowledge, but also the practical application of this knowledge, as well as professional development, and identification with the organisational structure and nature of the enterprise.
The aim is to enable students to develop the requisite skills required that will enhance their employability and a smooth transition to the workplace.
