On 19 April 2023, Prof. Jens Kreisel, Rector of the University of Luxembourg, Prof. Jean-Marc Schlenker, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine and Alison Vermeulen, International Relations Officer met remotely with Ms. Do Thi Thuy Trang, Deputy Director of International Cooperation Department and Prof. Jean-Marc Lavest, Principal Rector to discuss the partnership.

Both institutions will encourage their respective faculty members to collaborate in a broad range of projects, agreed upon by individual faculty members. Academic collaboration may include joint research and writing projects involving one or more faculty members from each institution, group visits to the other institution and joint course offerings using videoconferencing, the Internet, and other available media.

Prof. Jens Kreisel highlighted his content about Bachelor and Master student exchanges in scientific fields such as Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics as it will create a multilingual and multicultural training environment.
