Who we are looking for
We are looking for a German speaking, customer focused Client Services representative.
Why this role is important to us
Retail Client Services is to provide service to unit holders invested in Amundi funds with direct accounts at the Transfer Agents of the funds in Luxemburg and USA and their service partners primarily in German-speaking markets.
What you will be responsible for
- Service incoming queries/inquiries from investors, financial advisors and distributors received by phone, fax, e-mail etc.
- Effectively with internal departments and third party service providers in Luxemburg, USA, Ireland to ensure excellent customer service and prompt query resolution (Irish domiciled funds).
- Ensure all written/ e-mail correspondence meets company standards.
