The Library of Congress is accepting applications for a Procurement Analyst, GS-12, until November 7, 2022.
This position is located in the Financial Management Directorate, Library Collections and Services Group.
The incumbent serves as a Procurement Analyst in the Library Collections and Services Group (LCSG), Financial Management Directorate (FMD), Contracts Team and reports directly to the Assistant Chief, FMD.
The incumbent is responsible for contract and procurement activities for LCSG mission accomplishment. Duties include participation in acquisition planning and analysis, procedural review, preparation of pre-award documentation, contract administration, work with LCSG Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in contract administrative functions, and liaison with the Contracts and Grants Management Directorate (CGD) in contract award and administration.
