The instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation, with the participation
of the autonomous non-profit organisation Russia – Land of Opportunity, concern criteria for establishing an enhanced state
academic scholarship for a student’s achievements in public activities; spaces
in universities for conducting public events and providing the necessary equipment
for the activities of student associations; and increasing the funding of the More
Than a Journey project to incentivise the winners, finalists and active participants
in the competitions held by Russia – Land of Opportunity and the Russian
Znaniye (Knowledge) Society.

The instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation, jointly with
regional executive government bodies, deal with creating the position of advisor
to the principal on upbringing and cooperation with children’s public organisations
in general educational institutions. In addition, instructions to the Government
concern the allocation of budget funding from the Government’s Reserve Fund for co-financing the cost to regional budgets of establishing this position.

The Federal Agency for Tourism
and the organization Russia – Land of Opportunity were jointly instructed
to draft and implement a training module for managerial personnel of tourism organisations
and the hospitality industry, as well as for officials of regional and municipal
executive government bodies with authority in this area.
