(AGENPARL) - Roma, 2 Dicembre 2025 - (AGENPARL) – Tue 02 December 2025 https://jamesjoyce.ie/?mc_cid=956918cb56&mc_eid=UNIQID
Join us at the James Joyce Centre for a screening of the 1977 film A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man on Saturday, 6th December 2025 at 7pm.
Directed by Joseph Strick, this adaptation of Joyce’s classic novel follows the coming-of-age of Stephen Dedalus at the turn of the 20th century. The film poignantly explores the timeless themes for which Joyce is known; national identity and personal belonging, loss of youth and innocence, and the complexities of artistic life.
Doors open at 6.30pm. Tickets are €8.
