Corsair sceglie Atitech per la manutenzione della flotta A330neo/ceo
Gianni Lettieri: «Da noi interventi innovativi su aerei di ultima generazione»

FIUMICINO, 6 marzo 2024 – Atitech ha finalizzato un importante accordo con la compagnia aerea francese Corsair, che ha scelto la MRO con base a Capodichino (Napoli) e Fiumicino (Roma) come uno dei partner strategici per l’esecuzione di diversi inteventi “check C” (ovvero i controlli di manutenzione che si effettuano ogni 24 mesi) su aeromobili di tipo A330neo e su un A330ceo per i prossimi tre anni. Questo importante risultato rafforza sempre di più la partnership tra Atitech e Corsair, già avviata nel 2023 per la manutenzione degli A330neo e proseguita nel 2024 per eventi di manutenzione degli A330ceo.

Nuove certificazioni sono state recentemente acquisite per A350, A220, A320neo, A321neo, B737MAX e B787, rendendo così Atitech una delle MRO più innovative in termini di manutenzione di nuovi tipi di aeromobili.
La compagnia aerea francese Corsair opera da quasi 40 anni con base a Parigi e collega i principali aeroporti francesi (Parigi, Nantes, Lione, Bordeaux e Marsiglia) ai dipartimenti francesi d’oltremare, come l’Oceano Indiano, le Indie Occidentali, l’Africa e il Nord America. La flotta è stata rinnovata nel 2021 con l’arrivo di cinque Airbus A330-900 NEO. La compagnia aerea ha inoltre annunciato l’ordine di altri quattro A330neo. Entro il 2025, Corsair avrà una delle flotte più giovani del mercato, con un’età media di 2 anni.
Atitech è la più grande MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) indipendente del mercato EMEA (Europe- Middle East-Africa). Sulle due basi di Napoli Capodichino e Roma Fiumicino, l’azienda fornisce servizi altamente qualificati di manutenzione di base (heavy e light), progettazione tecnica, soluzioni di design aeronautico e attività di officina. Con un totale di 9 hangar, Atitech vanta un parco clienti di oltre 100 aziende tra compagnie aeree, enti istituzionali e governativi. Corsair chooses Atitech for A330neo/ceo maintenance

FIUMICINO, March 6th, 2024 – Atitech has been recently awarded by Corsair to become one of their important partner for execution of several C-checks (that is: the maintenance checks carried out every 24 months) on their A330neo and one A330ceo in the next three years. This important achievement strengthens more and more the partnership between Atitech and Corsair, already initiated in 2023 for the maintenance of A330neo and continued in 2024 for A330ceo maintenance checks.

Atitech has been one of the first MRO’s to be certified for A330neo maintenance and has already performed several heavy maintenance checks and engine change on such aircraft type since 2021. Expansion of base maintenance capability In last years was also for A350, A220, A320neo, A321neo, B737 MAX and B787, making Atitech one of the most innovative MRO in terms of new generation aircraft type.
Corsair is a French airline, operating since nearly 40 years, based in Paris and connecting the main French airports (Paris, Nantes, Lyon, Bordeaux and Marseille) to the French Oversea Departments, such as Indian Ocean, the West Indies, Africa and North America.
