your guidance. Its economy is growing steadily, the well-being of the people is
improving, and Beijing’s position on the international stage is growing
stronger.
Your re-election as General Secretary of the Communist Party of China
and President of the People’s Republic of China has reaffirmed your high
political prestige and broad public support for your policy.
The importance of your years-long efforts to strengthen the relations of comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction between our countries
cannot be overstated. The state visit you made to Russia in March gave a powerful impetus to the further development of our mutually beneficial
cooperation in key areas.
I hope to continue our constructive dialogue and close joint efforts on the main issues of the bilateral, regional and international agenda to the benefit of the peoples of Russia and China.
