The Responsible Investment Division (approximately 60 people) is looking for a trainee to join the ESG Business Development & Advocacy unit who will support the achievement of Amundi’s business development objectives for the Division. These objectives are set out in the Amundi Group’s 2025 ESG Ambitions and reflected in the business plans of Amundi’s Institutional and Retail client divisions. Based in Paris and internationally, the unit contributes to ESG-related advisory and product development, ESG integration support in investment management, as well as marketing and communication activities for domestic and international markets in collaboration with sales, investment, and marketing platforms for Institutional and Retail client divisions.

Missions :
The ESG Business Development unit is looking for a trainee that will support the team on a broad range of responsibilities:

Contribution to the commercial development of ESG solutions and services :
Identify the needs of Amundi’s client segments in collaboration with Amundi HQ and local office stakeholders;
Support the development of Amundi’s ESG solutions offering in collaboration with investment management platforms;
Solution proposals for client or prospect meetings on net zero, biodiversity, and impact topics;
ESG Expertise contribution to RFP (Request for Proposals) / RFI (Requests for Information).

Creation of ESG content and materials
Creation of ESG client content, in collaboration with the relevant management and support teams: standard and bespoke slide decks, reports, ESG solution and/or expertise brochures;
Ensure the distribution and promotion of ESG materials to the sales teams via the appropriate channels (meetings, emails, Intranet, etc.).

Research and analysis on ESG trends and emerging topics :
Competitive market research on topics such as net zero, biodiversity, emerging markets, impact investing, sustainable finance regulation;
Sustainable finance benchmarking to identify and leverage best practices from different sources (initiatives, regulation, etc.);
Participate in supporting green bond data collection, analysis, impact reporting exercises.

Apport du stage :
At the end of the internship, the trainee will have acquired theoretical and practical experience in the sustainable finance landscape (actors, initiatives, investment solutions, regulatory changes, etc.).
