City of Toronto welcomes 47 Primary Care Paramedics following graduation ceremony
Today, Toronto Paramedic Services Chief Bikram Chawla and the Paramedic Services’ Leadership team welcomed 47 new Primary Care Paramedics to the City of Toronto.
The graduates have completed a comprehensive orientation and training program. They join Toronto Paramedic Services’ dedicated team of professionals who provide exceptional pre-hospital care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to the Toronto’s three million residents and its visitors.
Becoming a paramedic requires exceptional dedication, resilience and composure under pressure. Toronto Paramedic Services’ skilled Paramedics are selected through a demanding recruitment process, with successful applicants bringing diverse skills and experiences to the service.
