Action Fraud, the national fraud and cybercrime reporting centre, was recently asked about a particularly complex and multifaceted case. The detailed report was forwarded to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) for review, in the hope that a formal investigation could be initiated.
The person who made the report expressed the hope that the information provided would be taken seriously, emphasising the importance of concrete feedback from the competent authorities.
In any case, full cooperation was offered to the investigators: extensive documentation was made available, over 2,500 pages, ready to be sent if requested. The full willingness to be contacted at any time for further clarification or investigation was also reiterated.
Given the current estimated value of QPR (£800 million) and the legal irregularities surrounding the sale, it is believed that there is a strong basis for a formal complaint against those involved. The case not only highlights the financial loss suffered by Mr. A.C., but also raises serious concerns about transparency and integrity in football-related legal practices.
The complaint filed with Interpol by A.C. also marks the beginning of an in-depth investigation into these matters. The exponent stated that he has extensive supporting documentation to prove his allegations.
Thus, in addition to the complaint already lodged with Scotland Yard concerning the sale of Queens Park Rangers, the intervention of Interpol has also been officially requested.
