The event will take place at Finnkino Tennispalatsi and is organised in partnership with  ## Gaia-X Hub Finland ## (https://www.gaiax.fi/), facilitated by the  ## Nordic Institute for Interoperability Solutions (NIIS) ## (https://www.niis.org/), the  ## Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications ## (https://lvm.fi/en/home), the  ## Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom ## (https://www.traficom.fi/en/traficom-transport-and-communication-services-you) and our partners  ## Dawex ## (https://www.dawex.com/en/) and the  ## Data Space Support Center (DSSC) ## (https://dssc.eu/).
The Summit will feature the evolution of Gaia-X technology with the new Gaia-X Digital Clearing House (GXDCH) components under the release name “Loire,” which provides essential tools for automated compliance checking based on the  ## Gaia-X Compliance Document 24.06 ## (https://docs.gaia-x.eu/policy-rules-committee/compliance-document/24.06/).
Attendees will learn how Gaia-X enables two sets of interoperability: Legal and Organisational, governed by the Gaia-X Compliance Document and Semantic and Technical, governed by the Gaia-X Architecture Document. “This two-layered approach for interoperability that Gaia-X covers is essential for building trust and efficiency in the Gaia-X-based ecosystem”, added * Roland Fadrany *, COO of Gaia-X.
In the Gaia-X Trust Framework session, * Pierre Gronlier *, Chief Innovation Officer (CInO) of Gaia-X, will “explore how trust and interoperability can be built into digital platforms—not just as ideals, but as automated, actionable elements essential for a resilient digital future”.
During the ‘Gaia-X Voices: Use Case Testimonials’ session, we will hear about the services that data spaces seek from providers, including the Gaia-X label they desire and the tasks and features they orchestrate around. “I’m excited to moderate this session and explore key ideas driving the evolution of data collaboration,” highlighted * Alberto Palomo *, CSO of Gaia-X.
The program then broadens its scope to address globalisation and its impact on the digital ecosystem, presenting the successful deployment of a testbed for a GXDCH in Japan. This milestone marks the first implementation of a Digital Clearing House outside of Europe, highlighting the association’s commitment to its globalisation strategy and fostering international collaborations. “Gaia-X globalisation efforts are setting the stage for international collaboration and innovation.
