The Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) has completed a series of public meetings to share information and seek input regarding the onsite/social consumption of cannabis in Sacramento. Should the City of Sacramento allow onsite/social consumption in brick-and-mortar locations such as lounges and restaurants? Should the City expand the locations where cannabis events are currently allowed?
The opinions and ideas gathered through those meetings, as well as the results from this survey, will be part of the report to be submitted to the Law and Legislation Committee around June 2023.
If you haven’t already done so at any of the meetings, please complete the survey on the topic no later than Thursday, May 4, 2023.
