This position is located in the Office of Business Enterprises, Library Enterprises. The Office of Business Enterprises (BE) supports the cost recovery operations of the Library of Congress. The incumbent works under the general supervision of the Head, Duplication Services Section and is responsible for effective product and service delivery of Duplication Services. Duplication Services provides expanded access to the collections of the Library of Congress through a wide variety of high-quality reproduction services.
