What is the Interstellar Initiative?
The Interstellar Initiative is a mentoring program that fosters international and interdisciplinary collaboration, uniting scientists early in their careers to catalyze scientific advancement. With modest financial support from AMED, teams of researchers will be established to jointly develop basic science research proposals for international funding agencies.
The 2023 Interstellar Initiative is now inviting applications for the September 13-15 workshop. We invite applications from Early Career Investigators (ECIs) who have obtained their doctorate no later than 2013, have been involved in active research for ten or fewer years, hold an independent tenure track position or equivalent, and meet additional eligibility requirements available to view by clicking on the button below.
