This event will feature four of the country’s most gifted high school music students, internationally acclaimed jazz trumpet recording artist Terell Stafford, and a renowned jazz educator from the Institute Dr. JB Dyas.?Also, Secretary Cardona and Deputy General Counsel Phil Rosenfelt will provide remarks.
