Vladimir Putin arrived in India on a state visit in the evening of December 4. Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi welcomed the President of Russia at the ramp. The leaders had an informal conversation at the Prime Minister’s residence. Next day, on December 5, Russian-Indian talks and an exchange of signed documents took place at the Hyderabad House.
