In 2013, the City was the first Canadian municipality to adopt an Access without Fear Policy to ensure access to City services, regardless of immigration status. More information about the policy is available on the City’s website: www.toronto.ca/city-government/accountability-operations-customer-service/long-term-vision-plans-and-strategies/access-to-city-services-for-undocumented-torontonians/.
