The Library of Congress is accepting applications for a Quality Assurance Specialist, GS-12, until December 1, 2022.
The position serves as Senior Quality Assurance Specialist and reports to the Head of the Content Quality Assurance Section located in the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS), Library Collections Services Group (LCSG) at the Library of Congress (LOC). The position is responsible for the quality and performance of analog and digital audio products and processes to meet the standards and specifications of the analog and digital audio program requirements for the NLS. The work of this position supports the planning, developing, evaluation, and coordination of a comprehensive analog and digital quality assurance program. The incumbent analyzes and evaluates processes and provides recommendations for organization process. The position also serves as a liaison, and prepares and presents information to various audiences on the program’s mission.
