The City of Sacramento is updating the Central City Specific Plan—a long-range plan guiding land use, housing, transportation, and infrastructure across the central city (see map). This targeted update will build upon the 2018 Central City Specific Plan and align with the 2040 General Plan, incorporating new data, infill development trends, mobility projects, and careholder input.

Take the community survey by December 22 to share your experiences in Central City and perspective on issues the specific plan will address, including housing, daily amenities, entertainment, and transportation. The survey should only take a few minutes to complete.
