Il team Ecosantagata Althea Racing è lieto di annunciare l’arrivo di Alessandro Zaccone come nuovo pilota per la stagione 2026 del Campionato del Mondo Supersport.
Pilota esperto e di grande talento, Zaccone ha costruito una carriera solida e di livello internazionale. Dopo gli esordi nei campionati nazionali e nel Campionato Europeo Moto2, ha debuttato nel Mondiale Moto2 con il team Gresini Racing, accumulando un’importante esperienza nel Motomondiale.
Negli ultimi anni si è affermato come uno dei protagonisti della MotoE World Championship, dove è attualmente in corsa per il titolo mondiale, che si deciderà nell’ultima tappa in programma in Portogallo. Le sue prestazioni costanti e la capacità di adattarsi rapidamente a categorie diverse lo hanno reso uno dei piloti più completi e versatili del panorama motociclistico internazionale.
Con questa decisione, il team Althea Racing chiude ufficialmente la propria line-up per la stagione 2026, puntando su un equilibrio perfetto tra giovani di talento e piloti d’esperienza, con l’obiettivo di affrontare la nuova stagione con rinnovata ambizione e competitività.

“Sono molto contento di entrare a far parte del team Ecosantagata Althea Racing, sono motivatissimo e felice di iniziare questa nuova avventura. È un ritorno in un campionato dove avevo già fatto bene quando ero più giovane.
Entro motivato al 100%, e sono sicuro che il team Ecosantagata Althea Racing darà il massimo per mettermi nelle migliori condizioni possibili. L’obiettivo è quello di stare fin da subito nelle posizioni di vertice, quindi sarà una bella sfida.
Dovremo lavorare bene durante l’inverno per arrivare al 110% in Australia, e poi vedremo cosa riusciremo a costruire nel corso della stagione.

The Ecosantagata Althea Racing Team is pleased to announce the arrival of Alessandro Zaccone as a new rider for the 2026 FIM Supersport World Championship season.
A skilled and experienced rider, Zaccone has built a solid and internationally recognized career. After making his debut in national championships and in the European Moto2 Championship, he moved up to the Moto2 World Championship with the Gresini Racing Team, gaining valuable experience in the MotoGP paddock.
In recent years, he has established himself as one of the leading contenders in the MotoE World Championship, where he is currently fighting for the world title, which will be decided in the final round in Portugal. His consistent performances and ability to adapt quickly to different categories have made him one of the most complete and versatile riders on the international racing scene.
With this announcement, the Althea Racing Team officially completes its line-up for the 2026 season, aiming for a perfect balance between young talent and experienced riders, and ready to face the new challenge with renewed ambition and competitiveness.
