CUT’s PDTS and partners to launch technologies and innovations for people with disabilities

The Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Prof. Blade Nzimande will be launching technologies and innovations for people with disabilities, a collaborative initiative by CUT’s Product Development Technology Station (PDTS), the Department of Science, Technology and Innovation (DSTI), and the Technology Innovation Agency (TIA).
The launch will showcase groundbreaking solutions developed by and for persons with disabilities, placing science, technology, and innovation at the heart of inclusive development.
As we embrace technologies shaped by and for people with disabilities, we move one step closer to a society where innovation uplifts every voice, everybody, and every community. Placing people with disabilities at the centre of innovation, we reaffirm our commitment to transformation and equity. Thinking Beyond means designing a future where no one is left behind.
