City of Toronto welcomes 19 Primary Care Paramedics following graduation ceremony
Today, the City of Toronto and Toronto Paramedic Services (TPS) Chief Bikram Chawla welcomed 19 new Primary Care Paramedics to the City of Toronto.
The graduates have completed comprehensive orientation and training programs. They join TPS’ dedicated team of professionals who provide exceptional pre-hospital treatment 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to the city’s three million residents.
Becoming a Paramedic requires exceptional dedication, resilience and composure under pressure. TPS’ skilled Paramedics are selected through a demanding recruitment process, with successful applicants bringing diverse skills and experiences to the Service.
