The fourth round of the Life in Transition Survey [ https://www.ebrd.com/what-we-do/economic-research-and-data/data/lits.html ], conducted across 37 economies, highlights rising inequality of opportunity and diminishing intergenerational mobility.
Findings show a high prevalence of informal employment and underscore the importance of digital inclusion and environmental awareness, stressing reforms in labour conditions and digital skills investment to bridge socioeconomic divides.
