We’ve published the latest updates to our Vulnerability Action Plan. The plan sets out how we’re making courts and tribunals accessible for everyone, ensuring our vulnerable users are not disadvantaged or discriminated against.
It sets out what we’ve achieved in the past six months and our plans for the future, which include a qualitative study exploring the challenges experienced by vulnerable adults dealing with legal problems.

Management information is now available on magistrates’ courts hearings in connection with the recent public disorder.
It provides information on the number of defendants listed for a first hearing and their outcomes. We’ll release this information weekly for a short period.

De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms Nightingale Court in London will be closing as planned on 16 September 2024. The last sitting day will be on 23 August 2024.
