Participate in Our Survey About the Future of Science Building Design.
What is the future of the lab, and how can it better reflect your needs as a scientist and science professional?
With these questions in mind, we are excited to invite you to take part in the Future Lab, a survey of The New York Academy of Sciences’ community conducted by the Academy and NBBJ, a global architecture and design firm.
The 20-question survey seeks to understand scientists’ work habits, preferences and needs for current and future research buildings. The summarized survey results will be shared with the Academy’s community and published online to help inform the design of better science buildings.
The first 300 respondents to complete the survey will be given a virtual Visa card equivalent to US$10, and the survey will remain open until August 21, 2024.

All responses will remain anonymous and data collected will be securely stored and accessed solely by the Academy and NBBJ for purposes of this survey.
