24 October, Strasbourg – The European Court of Human Rights will notify in writing 20 judgments concerning Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Germany, Malta, the Republic of Moldova, North Macedonia, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia and Türkiye.
25-26 October, Calais (France) – A five-member delegation from PACE’s Migration Committee, led by Stephanie Krisper, will carry out a visit to Calais which aims in particular to gain insights into the effectiveness of access to fundamental rights for asylum seekers and migrants, the role of the police in keeping order and the cooperation with the British authorities, the role of NGOs in providing support to migrants and asylum seekers, and the attitudes of the local population.
26 October, Strasbourg – The European Court of Human Rights will notify in writing 27 judgments and/or decisions concerning Austria, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Poland, Romania, Russia, San Marino and Slovakia.
