(AGENPARL) - Roma, 3 Ottobre 2023(AGENPARL) – lun 02 ottobre 2023 Missing Middle Housing Updates & Upcoming EventsWe’re excited to reignite the Missing Middle Housing conversation with the Sacramento community! For those who might find it helpful, we’ve created factsheets that provide an overview of information on MMH that was covered in an earlier phase of this study. The study’s 2nd key report, the MMH Attainability & Livability Analysis, has been released and is available on the project website.
We hope to see you at CLTRE Club on Wednesday Oct 4, 4:30-8:30PM, for an informative community event where we will connect the dots on the Missing Middle Housing strategy. This is an opportunity for community members to chat in-person with staff and the project team about the preliminary recommendations. We will have food trucks (first meal on us) and an activity station for young children. RSVPs are not required, but it helps staff with planning.
We will be collecting feedback through a self-guided online workshop which will go live on Oct 5!Connecting the Dots: A Missing Middle Housing Conversation Where: CLTRE Club,?1409 16th Street?
When: October 4th, 4:30-8:30PM??
Be sure to visit the website and sign up for updates: http://www.cityofsacramento.org/MMH *As you may know, in 2021, City Council approved a key strategy to allow a greater array of housing types (duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, ADUs, and bungalow courts) citywide as part of the 2040 General Plan Update. This Missing Middle Housing Study is an effort to explore how this strategy can be thoughtfully implemented in our City.?
